The National Center for Environmental Prediction. This is a website for people really up on their weather knowledge. NCEP is responsible for the development and operation of the models we use to help forecast everyday. Also a great place to find links to other national weather services.

http://www.spc.noaa.gov/

The Storm Prediction Center, which is located in Norman, Oklahoma. A great site to find out where severe weather is expected to develop, and in-depth discussions on mesoscale features. This branch of the National Weather Service is responsible for posting severe weather watches.
